A solid wood Ming dynasty style desk with the top constructed of four members joined by mitered tenons and mortises in which a float panel is set. A pair of full size drawers anchor the desk beneath carved waist resembling bamboos. The same pattern is repeated on legs and framework under the drawers. Beautiful patina consistent with age and history.
