Beautiful hand made extra large Chinese calligraphy brush with stunning butterscotch colored marble archer's rings, solid wood ferrule and horse hair. The archer's rings, worn by the royals of the imperial court, were status symbols of wealth and power. This rare, substantial 20.5" brush is in excellent condition, was only used as a display, never met ink or paint.
