This is a beautiful, single panel solid wood door/screen. The intricate design depicts festive lanterns separated by interlocking diamonds and surrounded by eternity scrolls. Flowers add beauty and softness to the overall design, while vases full of fruits and foliage symbolize abundance and prosperity. Small piece of wood were precisely cut and painstakingly joined together using tenons and mortises to form the pattern. The mid section panel was hand carved.
Wonderful patina enhances the piece's charm and beauty.
