From Tibet, a combination of authentic Tibetan Prayer Flag and a large Ghau amulet. The amulet in brocade cover with hand made metal shrine housing a finely carved Green Tara. The first God to help easy suffering, Green Tara holds a stem of lotus in the left hand and steps down from the throne through her right foot. Face of the Ghau with metal hand hammered treasure motifs and a glass cover in front of Green Tara. Woven brocade case with button closure shields the shrine from mountain's hard edges when trekking. Notice the lotus depiction on the brass button. Such an amulet is carried by the devotee for protection and blessing. The flag with 10 printed images of various Bodhisattvas including Amitabha, White Tara, Green Tara, Padma Sambhav and Kubera, each with Sanskrit prayer notes in the background and Tibetan treasures as borders.
